WHAT'S WITH THE NAME?
You might be wondering why in the world I chose to name my blog 'Mangata', as lots of people have never heard or seen the word. But actually mangata is Swedish for the road-like reflection of the moon on the water. To me, that is one of the most beautiful things in the world. It is serene, peaceful, gentle, inviting, delicate, and glimmering as the white light leaps across the black water of the ocean. These qualities of mangata are inspiring and make me want to have them in my life, as well as share them with the world.

'Wolf by Wolf' by Ryan Graudin was so fabulous! It was about a girl with a scientific mutation that made her capable of skin-shifting, in a world where the Nazis won World War Two.
